Eivör is a just a super cool mare born 2010 with the best gear shift you can imagine. Every single one of her five gaits is super easy to access, clean on the beat and with good speed range. On top of that she has the most sweet character a horse can have and crowns all her good attributes with a buckskin colour.
Eivör is a daughter of the 1st prize stallion Þulur frá Hólum, son of Kormákur frá Flugumýri II. Þulur has 9 for pace, 8.5 for slow tölt, gallop, spirit and general impression. Þulur already has a 1st prize offspring with 8.32 for ridden abilities, but since he is a successful competition horse, he was not so much used in breeding until this date, so there will be most likely more exciting offsprings in the future..
Þulur competes mostly in tölt and fivegait, scoring amongst others in T2 with 6,93, F2 with 6.95, and F1 with 6.87.
Eivör’s mother is Gjóska frá Strandarhjáleigu, a 1st prize mare sired by the 1st prize Orri son Kvistur frá Hvolsvelli.
Eivör is a great mare for everyone looking into competing in 5 gait this upcoming season. She is super easy to ride (as you can see in the video), nevertheless not for total beginners. She has good willingness and thinks forward, yet is always easy to control and listens well to her rider.
