6 YEAR OLD SUPER PRETTY SJÓÐUR DAUGHTER FOR SALE
Túndra is a stunningly beautiful 2015 born black beauty with star and snip. The well build mare is a daughter of the high evaluated Sær son Sjóður frá Kirkjubæ (9.5 for temperament, 9 for tölt, trot, pace, and form under rider, total ridden abilities: 9.00, total FIZO: 8.70). Sjóður has recently received the 1st Prize for offsprings. His most famous one is most likely the highest evaluated 4-gaiter in the world, Kveikur frá Stangarlæk 1, 10 for tölt and spirit. Sjóður has also scored high in competitions, amongst others 7.74 in F1
8.84 in Gæðingakeppni A-Class (five gait).
Túndra's mother is Spyrna frá Álftárósi, evaluated with 7.87 in total as a fourgaiter, with 8.5 for trot, gallop, walk, general impression, and spirit, and 8 for tölt and slow tölt.
Túndra is 4gaiter with very good basic gaits. She shows good tölt with high leg action, but still needs a bit training to find more balance and evenness in this gait. Her trot is very elastic and long strided, the walk relaxed and clear, the gallop very nicely jumped upwards. Túndra has medium willingness, knows all the basics in dressage, is super friendly and great fun to work with. She is super well build and extremely good looking. Túndra is around 1.40m on stick.
A great project for someone looking for a very promising young mare to finish training themselves, to later on meet on the oval or breeding track. Túndra has a BLUP of 110.
